An established Microsoft Partner who has been established for over 20 years is on the lookout for a new team member due to new client wins and expansion! This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one. You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include:
- Resolving and escalating tickets
- Involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations)
- Technical research for client solutions
- Logging and updating IT support issues
