One of the UK's main Microsoft Partners who has been in business for over 20 years is on the lookout for a new team member due to new client wins and expansion! This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one. This company prides themselves on their close-knit and friendly team environment.

You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include:

  • Resolving and escalating tickets
  • Involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations)
  • Technical research for client solutions
  • Logging and updating IT support issues
  • Partaking in technical training and personal development sessions
