· Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns (Google & Microsoft) and ensure a positive ROI
· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign planning, communication, and strategy
· Analyse performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights and reports
· Present multi-channel analytics reports (SEM, SEO, Social, Email, Web Analytics) to internal teams
· Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits, run A/B tests, and gather user feedback to improve conversion rates
· Analyse market data, consumer trends, and competitor insights to inform campaign strategies
· Support Paid Social Ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
· Contribute to the SEO strategy to achieve strong organic search rankings
