With continued growth, they’re now looking to bring a Software Support Engineer on board to provide internal and client-facing support.

You’ll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues across the Microsoft stack and assisting users in a fast-paced but friendly environment. If you’ve previously worked with payroll or HR software, that’s a huge bonus!

What you’ll be working with:

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory
  • Azure AD
  • Intune
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Troubleshooting hardware, printers, and mobile devices
  • Supporting their inhouse HR software
