This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-value bids across major projects, including highways, bridges, tunnels, and other large-scale schemes. Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for complex civil engineering projects. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to prepare competitive bids. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to source technical and pricing information. Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities, providing insight to senior leadership. Ensure all estimates align with client expectations, industry regulations, and company procedures.
