They are looking to bolster their Service Desk team with keen technicians who are passionate about IT and helping people. The MSP that you will be working for is an incredible outfit with some superb training plans and facilities, and has a really good bunch of Engineers who are very tight knit; you will get truly looked after here.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
  • Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
  • Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
  • Provide hands on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network.
  • Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
