My client is a Watford based company looking for an IT Support Engineer that can support their internal user base across 1st, 2nd & 3rd Line issues. Role responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support inquiries.

  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
