My client is a Bristol based company looking for an IT Support Engineer that can support their internal user base across 1st, 2nd & 3rd Line issues. Role responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support inquiries.
- Play key parts in company projects.
- Deliver desktop and application support to both internal and external users.
- Efficiently manage support tickets, coordinating with third-party vendors when necessary.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
- Install approved software and ensure system integrity.
