An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing managed IT services provider delivering exceptional support to users across the UK and internationally. This is a client-facing, technically hands-on role offering the chance to work on diverse projects and complex systems within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to clients, acting as an escalation point for service desk engineers.
  • Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, from planning to implementation.
  • Build, configure, and install servers and IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site.
  • Mentor junior technical team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and time tracking.

Technical Requirements:

  • Expertise with Windows Server (all roles/features) and Hyper-V virtualization.
  • Proficient with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (Virtual Servers, AAD, Storage).
  • Skilled with Veeam Backup & Replication.
