Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We’re working exclusively with a long-standing client who has been at the forefront of HR software innovation for over 20 years. With continued growth, they’re now looking to bring an IT Support Technician on board to provide internal and client-facing support.
You’ll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues across the Microsoft stack and assisting users in a fast-paced but friendly environment. If you’ve previously worked with payroll or HR software, that’s a huge bonus!
What you’ll be working with:- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Intune
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Troubleshooting hardware, printers, and mobile devices
- Proven IT support experience (2nd/3rd line)
- Great communication skills – you’ll be working closely with end-users and clients
- Any experience with HR or payroll software is a real advantage
- Salary between £30,000 – £45,000
