The Role: You’ll be part of the Service Desk team providing remote technical support to a wide range of clients, as well as visiting client sites to deliver face-to-face support when needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Visit client sites to deliver hands-on IT support and troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Log, manage, and resolve tickets in a timely manner
  • Assist with project work, installations, and system upgrades
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships

About You:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role (MSP experience desirable but not essential)
  • Confident working on a service desk and comfortable in face-to-face support situations
  • Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for client site visits)
  • Keen to learn, with a genuine interest in developing your IT skills and gaining certifications
