IT Support Engineer in Preston, £27,000 - £35,000. One of the UK's main Microsoft Partners, who has been in business for over 20 years, is looking for a new team member due to new client wins and expansion! This is a great chance to join a business that allows you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one. This company prides itself on its close-knit and friendly team environment.
You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include:
- Resolving and escalating tickets
- Involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations)
- Technical research for client solutions
- Logging and updating IT support issues
- Partaking in technical training and personal development sessions
