IT Support Engineer Milton Keynes £22,000 – £35,000 A Microsoft Partner who has an incredible reputation both within the Tech world and with their staff are on the lookout for a new team member due to new client wins and expansion! This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one. You will provide technical support remotely for the business’s external clients. Your duties will include: Resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations), technical research for client solutions, logging and updating IT support issues and partaking in technical training and personal development sessions.
