IT Support Engineer
Location: Trafford Park, Greater Manchester.

What Youβll Do:
- Deliver 1st / 2nd Line Support to schools / education customers.
- Manage and enhance IT systems, networks, and infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Conduct on-site visits across the North West to provide technical support and strategic guidance.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with educational staff and corporate clients to identify and implement tailored IT solutions.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Current DBS or a clean background in order to be provided with one.
- Experience: 1+ years of IT support, ideally with educational institutions (experience with corporate clients is an advantage).
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in network management, cloud platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace), and server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Specialized Skills: Experience with Educational tech systems (e.g., MIS, Paxton Systems).
- Additional Tools: Skilled in Mac management, MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf), and print management tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Communication: A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills for engaging with educators and business professionals.
- Travel: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regular travel across the North West.
