Are you looking to join one of the best MSP’s in the UK that provide support within the Education sector? If so, this is the company for you! The company works exclusively within the education sector, providing support to primary schools across the North West. They are looking to bolster their Service Desk Team further with the addition of another 2nd Line Support Technician at their office in Radcliffe, Manchester.

This position will be predominantly office based as part of the Service Desk Team, however, there will be times where you may be called out onto a customer site to issue a fix that can’t be done remotely, or to get involved in project work and installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
  • Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
  • Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
  • Provide hands on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network.
  • Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
