We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Services Lead to join our client’s Financial Services firm in London. This is an operational role supporting 50 users in a SaaS-centric environment, ideal for a technical expert who thrives on direct IT delivery and practical problem-solving.
Location: Central London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH option)
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £80 – 85k + Package
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management of cloud technology stack (M365, SharePoint, Salesforce)
- Direct involvement in 1st to 3rd line support delivery
- Deep-dive SharePoint administration, optimization and troubleshooting
- Maintain Cyber Essentials certification and security standards
- Manage vendor relationships and license optimization, including charity licensing
- Deliver end-user training and communications on new technology rollouts
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the platform stack
Required Experience:
- 5+ years’ hands-on IT operations in SaaS environments
- Must have experience managing an MSP
- Extensive SharePoint knowledge with proven implementation experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 suite expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud services (Entra, Intune, Autopilot)
- Salesforce administration capabilities
- Commercial mindset – proven track record in Vendor Negotiation and License Management
- Experience maintaining security certifications (ideally Cyber Essentials)
- Strong technical training and communication skills
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications preferred (ITIL, CISSP, PMP)
