We are a boutique, female‐owned recruitment consultancy with an outstanding reputation and over 25 years in the industry. Our niche is placing top‐tier technology talent into the Financial Services sector. We are now looking for a highly experienced telemarketer with a strong track record in cold calling corporates, ideally within tech or FS, to help us take things to the next level.
We Are Looking For
- A seasoned cold caller – confident, persuasive, and effective
- Experience engaging corporate decision‐makers in technology or financial services
- Comfortable setting appointments and pitching high‐value services
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to deliver results and build pipelines
Responsibilities / Role
- Cold calling targeted businesses to introduce our services
- Booking qualified meetings for our senior consultants
- Collaborating with us to refine scripts and targeting strategies
You Will Get
- £15 per hour + generous commission (£200 per new client) – £40‐45k OTE (Full Time Equivalent)
