I am searching on behalf of my Law Firm client for a Lead Full Stack Microsoft Developer to join their team! If you have experience building modern, scalable applications and leading talented development teams within a professional services environment, this could be your next move.

Expectations of the role:

  • Power Platform Development: Design and deploy custom apps using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Azure Functions: Build and manage serverless solutions for business logic, data processing, and APIs.
  • Front-End Development: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React, Angular, and Fluent UI.
  • .NET Core Back-End: Develop APIs and back-end services using C# and .NET Core.
  • Data Management: Integrate and manage data with Azure SQL Server and external systems.
  • System Integration: Connect Microsoft services (SharePoint, Teams) and external APIs.
  • Automation: Craft PowerShell scripts for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and system admin tasks.
  • DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and PowerShell.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with PMOs, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Core skills:

  • Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerShell.
  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, Azure Functions, .NET Core, Azure App Service.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Knowledge of RESTful and OData API development.
  • Leadership experience: mentoring, code reviews, and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and application packaging/deployment (Docker, Azure DevOps).
