We are looking for an interim on a 3 month contract for our client with strong BA and infrastructure migration skills. The role is paying £375 per day inside IR35 and is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business impact of application migrations including downtime, outages, and usage patterns
- Build application criticality matrix and conduct dependency mapping
- Drive development of BRDs and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Support cutover planning, service-interruption analysis, and testing strategies
- Engage with technical teams and business stakeholders across workstreams

- Lift & Shift to AVS
- Oracle migration
- Citrix decommissioning (180 servers)
- Archiving
- Network simplification
- Maximo Cloud
- OAM GIS
- Non‑SAP migrations
- Legacy infrastructure decommissioning
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or data centre exit programmes
- Technical understanding of AVS, VMware, Citrix, networks, licensing, and migration tooling
- Strong requirements gathering, dependency mapping, and cutover planning skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement across technical and business audiences
- Experience with service‑interruption analysis and risk assessment
Desirable
- Cloud migration programmes (Azure/AWS)
- Application rationalization and portfolio management
- ITIL processes and change management
- BA or PM certifications (BCS, IIBA, PRINCE2, PMP)
- Utilities, public sector, or regulated industry experience
