Job Title: Domain Architect (Infrastructure)

Alldus are partnering with a major organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation programme and are seeking experienced Domain Architects with deep infrastructure expertise to join a critical architecture workstream.
These roles will focus on defining and designing the infrastructure services required to support application, data, integration, and cyber security platforms across a complex hybrid environment spanning Azure cloud and highly resilient on-premise data centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Define infrastructure architecture capabilities and services to support enterprise technology programmes.
- Produce high-level and detailed designs across multiple infrastructure domains.
- Translate business, application, data, integration, and cyber security requirements into scalable infrastructure services.
- Challenge and shape non-functional requirements (NFRs) across availability, resilience, security, performance, and operational supportability.
- Work closely with fellow architecture teams to ensure infrastructure services align with wider enterprise objectives.
- Contribute to critical-path programme deliverables and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Required Experience
Strong architecture experience across several of the following areas:
- Physical and Virtual Hosting Platforms
- Active Directory, Domain Services & Group Policy
- Compute & Microsoft Platform Services
- End User Computing Services
- Monitoring, Observability & Infrastructure ManagementResilience, High Availability & Disaster Recovery
- Data Centre Facilities including power, cooling, fire suppression, physical security and environmental controls
- Cyber Security Architecture or Security-focused Infrastructure Design
- Experience operating within highly regulated or mission-critical environments
- Large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes
- Working within multi-disciplinary architecture teams
This an immediate need for a contractor who has strong infrastructure Domain Architecture experience. You must reside on the island of Ireland and have no Visa sponsorship requirements.
