Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant (HRSD) – Contract
Location: London (Hybrid)

Our client, a Digital Transformation company, is hiring a skilled ServiceNow Consultant (HRSD) with a strong HR background to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working on various ServiceNow HRSD projects, including integrating HR systems such as Workday, SAP, employee portals, and managing lifecycle events. This role requires a blend of HR and technical expertise to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management and Workflow.
• Collaborate on employee portal development and lifecycle event automation.
• Work with existing HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) to integrate with ServiceNow or make modifications.
• Manage HR documents, knowledge management, and create case management solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for long-term projects, handling add-ons or changes to existing HRSD setups.
• Lead implementations or enhancements for clients integrating ServiceNow with existing HR systems.

Skillset:

• Strong background in HRSD, with hands-on experience in HR case management.
• Experience working with HR systems like Workday, SAP, and employee portals.
• Expertise in managing HR lifecycle events, workflows, and process automation.
• Strong understanding of both HR operations and technical workflows.
• Knowledge of document management and HR case tools.
