We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Traffic Marshall/Banksman to join our team at a busy airport location. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of airport operations, ensuring passengers enjoy a smooth, safe, and efficient transition from arrivals to onward travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing Taxis and the public around the main car parks at Heathrow airport
- Direct customers to available taxis in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage taxi queues, ensuring drivers remain in the correct order
- Issue and monitor tickets to maintain an organised and fair system
- Communicate clearly with both passengers and drivers to keep operations running smoothly
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service at all times
- Maintain a visible, approachable presence at the taxi rank
