WHO WE ARE
Allday Goods is a British kitchen knife company turning plastic waste into products made to last a lifetime. We’re building a brand that believes great kitchen tools should be beautiful, enjoyable to use and genuinely better for the planet. We care deeply about craft, performance, and doing things properly. We’re ambitious, hands‑on, and building something for the long term.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with the marketing team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Allday Goods, content is such a key part of what we do. This role is responsible for making and managing the content that drives the brand forward – from shooting and editing to publishing and improving what works. Your core responsibilities:
- Shoot and produce content - film and edit short‑form video for Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads.
- Support our social channels - plan, post, and manage day‑to‑day activity across platforms.
- Turn ideas into output - take rough briefs and turn them into simple, effective, on‑brand content.
- Capture the brand in real life - product, workshop, food, and behind‑the‑scenes moments in our Dalston studio and beyond.
- Test and improve - work with the marketing team to understand what performs and iterate quickly.
- Spot and act on trends - bring ideas, move fast, and keep content feeling current without chasing noise.
- Keep things organised - manage and maintain our content library so we can move quickly.
A typical day could look like: Filming in the workshop → editing 2–3 pieces of short‑form content → scheduling posts → reviewing what’s performing → adjusting the next round of content.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone who cares about making good content and getting it seen. You likely:
- Are confident shooting and editing on an iPhone.
- Have working knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
- Have good visual instinct – framing, pacing, sound, and detail matter to you.
- Are proactive.
- Are comfortable with volume and speed – this role is about consistent output, not perfection.
- Are organised and reliable.
- Take feedback well and improve quickly.
- Want to build real skills inside a fast‑growing brand.
You don’t need years of experience. But you do need energy, ownership, and high standards.
LIFE AT ALLDAY
Regardless of experience, alignment with Allday Goods’ values is essential. Our success and distinctiveness are built on the quality, drive, and mindset of our people. At every stage of their career, an Allday Gooder is:
- Curious about food, craft, and sustainability, actively engaged and constantly looking to deepen their understanding.
- Positive and up‑beat, with a willingness to get stuck in.
- Highly motivated and ambitious, energised by challenges and relentless in solving them.
- Self‑directed with a strong work ethic, able to manage their own time, priorities, and standards without close supervision.
- Creative and entrepreneurial, bringing fresh ideas while respecting craft and quality.
- Proud and accountable, taking ownership of their work and the outcomes it creates.
- Collaborative team players, sharing wins and tackling problems together.
- Eye for detail, sweating over the small stuff!
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Holiday - 26 days per year, plus a day off for your birthday!
- Equity - you’ll own a slice of Allday.
- Pension - 5% employer pension contribution, with an ethical pension provider.
- Training and Development – We're committed to the development of our team. We have an agile goal setting process with clear lines for progression.
- Weekly PT gym class (optional!)
- Free kitchen knives, cutlery and other goods.
