As a community pharmacist you will be able to offer expert advice on the prescription and use of medications. You will supervise the prescriptions dispensed to patients to ensure their safety, quality, and compliance with law. You will ensure legal compliance in the pharmacy, reviewing labels, doses and procedures.
- Secures and monitors controlled drugs to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Supervises and trains other pharmacy staff such as technicians and counter assistants.
- Develops, promotes and provides NHS & private services.
- Manages pharmacy stock and budget.
- Responsible for the management and development of employees ensuring compliance with legislative and company policy & procedure.
- Remains aware of latest pharmaceutical products, developments, and laws.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Pharmacy.
- Pharmacist experience essential.
- Supervisory / Management skills.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and training.
