I’m looking to speak with experienced interim property services leaders about a new assignment with a housing provider in the Yorkshire/Teesside area.
The role will provide senior support to an established management team, help maintain service delivery through a period of change and undertake a wider review of the property services function.
I’m looking for someone with strong housing-sector experience across repairs, maintenance or property services. You will need to be hands‑on, able to support managers and improve performance, while also reviewing the service’s structure, resources, skills and systems.
This is likely to suit someone operating at Assistant Director or senior Head of Service level who is available immediately or at short notice.
