Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced valuation surveyor to join our independent, nationwide firm of surveyors and structural engineers.
This could be an in‑house role or a consultancy position (based on a 50/50 fee split).
The Role
Headed up by Gary Thompson FRICS, our Commercial Valuations and Expert Witness team is expanding.
We seek a registered valuer to value a diverse range of properties and to contribute to our expert witness work.
The role offers flexibility in design of the package to meet your needs, with opportunities for progression into partnership for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Valuing a diverse range of commercial properties.
- Participating in expert witness work as part of our in‑house services.
- Collaborating with a multi‑disciplined team of building surveyors and structural engineers across the country.
Qualifications
Registered valuer with experience in commercial valuation. Preference for candidates who can also contribute to expert witness work.
What we offer
- £55,000–£70,000, depending on experience.
