We are a well-established, independent and ambitious firm of RICS Building Surveyors looking for an experienced Residential Surveyor to carry out Level 3 and Level 2 home surveys. The individual would be based in Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester or surrounding areas of Hampshire, and the patch would be tailored to their location.

The ideal candidate will be an RICS chartered building surveyor or an experienced AssocRICS surveyor, and will be confident in carrying out residential building surveys. They must have an eye for detail and a thorough understanding of building defects, maintenance and repairs.
