We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our busy firm of Chartered Surveyors. You will join our friendly administration team in our Radford Semele Head Office, working alongside our Office and Bookings Managers, providing clients with guidance and quotations, and taking bookings and phone messages. Typing skills a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Answering a high volume of in-bound calls
- Taking customer orders by phone and email, processing them on the computer system
- Create quotations for new enquiries
- Manage Customer relationships
- Logging all enquiries onto company database
- Liaison with clients, booking surveys
- Updating Microsoft office documents
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent customer service experience
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Must have own transport due to office location.
The role
- Salary of approx. £25K, depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday, 9–5; 35 hour week.
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holiday
The successful candidate must have had experience in a former administration role and be proficient in all Microsoft office packages with excellent customer liaison skills. Own transport to office is a must.
