We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our head office team with delivering excellent customer service to our commercial survey clients. You will join our friendly administration team in Radford Semele, taking bookings, arranging survey appointments, supporting the typing team with report allocation, and keeping diaries and customer records updated. Typing skills a bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Answering in-bound calls
- Taking customer orders by phone and email, processing them on the computer system
- Liaison with clients, booking surveys
- Updating Microsoft Office documents
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Must have own transport due to office location
The role:
Salary of £25–28K, depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 9–5; 35 hour week. Full-time, office-based. 26 days annual leave plus bank holiday.
The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
