We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our busy firm of Chartered Surveyors. You will join our friendly administration team in our Radford Semele Head Office, working alongside our Office and Bookings Managers, providing clients with guidance and quotations, and taking bookings and phone messages. Typing skills a bonus!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering a high volume of in-bound calls
- Taking customer orders by phone and email and processing them on the computer system
- Creating quotations for new enquiries
- Managing customer relationships
- Updating Microsoft Office documents
