As Regional Director, you will lead AllChild’s work across multiple communities and council areas, building a workforce of up to 80 colleagues and developing ambitious social outcomes partnerships that bring together councils, schools, health partners, businesses, funders and communities around shared outcomes for children.
This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership, system change and operational delivery at scale: influencing how local services work together, securing long-term partnerships and investment, and helping to develop a proven model that improves children’s lives. As a member of AllChild’s Leadership Team, you will play a central role in shaping our organisational strategy while leading transformational work on the ground, creating lasting impact for children, families and communities across the region.
