About Us

Our Day Programs are energetic, social, and purpose-driven, designed to build confidence, skills, and meaningful connections. This role is based at our Liverpool Day Program, supporting participants in a structured, engaging, and activity-led environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm. Permanent part-time with a minimum 15-hour contract, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts up to full-time equivalent hours. Casual options are also available for candidates with strong availability.

About the Role

This is a high-energy, people-facing role. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive, engaging day for participants. Your focus will include:

  • Actively engaging participants in group activities, programs, and community outings
  • Bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity into the day program
  • Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence
  • Supporting behaviour support strategies in a calm, proactive way
  • Working closely with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment

About You

This role will suit you if you:

  • Have previous experience in a Day Program or group-based disability setting
  • Bring an upbeat attitude, strong energy, and genuine passion for engaging people
  • Are confident facilitating group activities and encouraging participation
  • Communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, and work well in a team
  • Have 6+ months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
  • Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Have NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid
