Transaction Manager, Infrastructure Private Equity Fund

We are supporting a leading global infrastructure investment manager that develops and manages essential infrastructure assets. They’re growing fast and hiring into a high‑impact role within their Funds and Transactions Management team, which is a commercially focused team within the Finance function.

This team is responsible for launching new investment products and managing transactions throughout the investment lifecycle. It’s a genuinely strategic, cross‑functional role working closely with Investment, Asset Management, Capital Formation, Tax & Structuring, Compliance, and external legal/tax advisors.

You’d be involved from the concept stage of each new product, through fundraising, deployment, and transaction execution. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, project ownership, and working across multiple stakeholders.

Below is a snapshot of the key responsibilities:

New Product Development

• Manage project plans, deliverables, and timelines for new fund launches.
• Coordinate entity incorporation, service provider onboarding (administrators, depositary, AIFM, banks), KYC, and bank account setup.

Transaction Management

• Build and manage transaction close timetables with the Investment team.
• Coordinate legal documentation (funding docs, board resolutions, shareholder loans, subscription docs).
• Compile and hand over deal documentation post‑close.
• Analyse LPAs, side letters, waterfalls, and fund economics.
• Prepare fund and managed account models for prospective investors.
• Work with multiple teams to validate model inputs and present outputs to senior stakeholders.

This role would suit someone currently in a comparable role within a Fund or an advisory firms Transaction Services, M&A or similar function.
