Real Estate Private Equity Vice President/Principal
We are currently supporting a multibillion AUM logistics fund in their search for a Head of Germany. Our client has experienced exponential growth in recent years and has invested in nearly 200 properties.
In this role, you will inherit an existing junior team and assist in their learning and development. This opportunity can be based in either London or Berlin.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for deal analysis and portfolio monitoring.
- Participate in all stages of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and closing.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee memoranda and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant real estate experience, gained in investment banking, private equity, or a similar environment.
- Pan-European deal experience with a network across the DACH region.
- Fluency in German is required.
