Our client is a high‑performance real estate investment platform who are looking to strengthen its corporate services team. Their work spans valuations, financial reporting, analytics, and strategic support across a large, diversified European real estate portfolio. They partner closely with teams across Strategy, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, Technology and more. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Strategy, FP&A, Portfolio Management, Asset Management and Finance teams with fund valuations, monthly/quarterly reporting and portfolio analysis.
- Preparing board and bondholder materials, including presentations, talking points and Q&A.
- Tracking operating and financial data across portfolio assets (NOI bridges, same‑store performance, rent roll analysis, capex/disposition tracking).
- Supporting financing and refinancing processes with the Strategy and Capital Markets team.
- Assisting with analytics for investor due diligence (equity and debt).
- Coordinating compliance with credit facility requirements.
- Delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis.
- Mentoring junior team members.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Suited to someone with 3–8 years’ experience in real estate valuations, financial analysis, accounting or similar.
- Strong financial cash‑flow modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel and solid PowerPoint capability.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Experience managing projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; confident presenting in formal settings.
- High attention to detail; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in improving processes and adopting new technologies.
