The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Reporting in to the CFO/COO and working closely with the Fund Finance Manager and Corporate Financial Controller. The role will also interface closely with the Head of IR and the Managing Partner, as well as members of the investment team and portfolio company CFOs.
Fund Finance & Operations
- Liasing with the external Fund Administrators on day-to-day Fund matters
- Oversight of the preparation of quarterly NAVs and Investor reporting across 3 main funds and 5 co-investment funds based in Jersey and Luxembourg
- Drafting the quarterly Portfolio Company reporting and valuations including liaising with portfolio company CFOs
- Oversight of the GP Ltd and GPLP accounts alongside the Corporate Financial Controller
- Working with the Fund Administrators on GPS and Carried Interest Calculations
- Reviewing capital calls and distributions and utilisation of the Fund Bridge Facilities
- Liaising with US tax advisors on the preparation of K1s
- Liaising with UK tax advisor on Jersey GPLP investor reports
- Assisting with the year-end audit process
- Assisting with investor queries from existing and prospective investors
- Maintaining the Fund track records
- Maintaining the Investment cap tables
- Liaising with external Fund Administrators on Investment SPVs
- Involvement in investment and divestment funds flows
Management Companies
- Working alongside the Corporate Financial Controller
Position Criteria:
- Good experience and strong technical knowledge of Private Equity Fund structures
- Strong demonstrated self-motivation and high level of initiative.
- Willingness to work in a small, low ego team and to sometimes step outside of the job description
