A top-tier European credit platform, backed by a globally recognised alternative asset manager, is seeking a Director-level Investor Relations professional to join its Credit business. The role sits within a lean, senior IR team and offers meaningful responsibility across fundraising, LP coverage, and strategic messaging as the platform continues to scale across its credit strategies.

This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to senior investment leadership and institutional investors globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support fundraising across European Credit strategies (flagship funds, SMAs, co-investments).
  • Act as a senior point of contact for institutional LPs (pensions, insurers, sovereigns, asset managers).
  • Drive preparation of fundraising and investor materials (pitchbooks, PPMs, DDQs, LP presentations).
  • Represent the platform in LP meetings, roadshows, and due diligence processes.
  • Partner closely with the investment team to translate portfolio activity, performance, and market views into clear investor messaging.
  • Support product development initiatives and new vehicle launches across the credit platform.
  • Maintain strong internal coordination across IR, investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
Candidate Profile
  • 10 – 12+ years’ experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Capital Formation within: Private Equity or other alternatives with credit exposure.
  • Select leveraged finance / credit market backgrounds transitioning into buy-side IR.
  • Strong understanding of European credit strategies and institutional LP requirements.
  • Polished, credible communicator with confidence in senior LP-facing settings.
  • Commercial, relationship-driven mindset with strong execution discipline.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-performance, institutional environment.
