A leading global alternative asset manager is seeking an Operations & Finance professional to support its real estate debt platform. Support operations across a diversified real estate debt portfolio, spanning public and private fund structures.
Oversee elements of offshore operations and servicing teams, including training junior staff. Manage funding processes, treasury considerations, debt financing workflows, and FX-related items. Administer credit facilities, including advances, repayments, compliance reporting, covenant monitoring, and fee calculations.
Validate interest income, funding activity, and waterfall cash movements with asset managers and servicing teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CFA, ACA/ACCA/CIMA beneficial.
- ~3+ years’ experience in accounting, transaction services, private equity, consulting, or real estate debt.
- ~Proficiency in Excel and comfort using technology to improve processes.
