Job Description
Our client is a c500m AUM sector specialist private equity firm with a strong focus on value creation. They invests exclusively in software, technology, and technology-enabled businesses.
They anticipate a fund raise in two years, this represents a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing business and be part of its growth story. This will be the first COO / CFO hire and will suit someone who enjoys implementing best in class processes.
COO / CFO
- Oversight of external administrators based in Jersey
- Capital Call, investor reporting
- Oversight of internal bookkeeper
- Quarterly Valuations alongside the investment team.
- Work with external Tax Partner
- Lead on Audits
- Funds flow model creation, net debt and working capital mechanism
- Oversight of external Legal support, manage legal spend, standardises management terms, Contracts, NDAs, LPA queries
- Compliance KYC, Onboarding
- Lead on all DD requests
- Support deal execution
- Assist with Investor Relations, responding to requests
- Lead on HR
Experience require:
- Professional qualifications – open to considering people with a Legal or Accountancy Qualification.
- Private Market Funds experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- In the office 3-4 days per week.
