AllBest Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate registered manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, person‑centred domiciliary care services, and we are looking for someone who can lead our service with professionalism, empathy and strong leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations
- Oversee assessments, care planning, reviews & risk management
- Lead, supervise and support the care team
- Manage audits, safeguarding, and quality improvements
- Build strong relationships with families, social workers and health professionals
- Support recruitment, staff development, and training
- Participate in the on‑call rota
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing a care service and supporting staff teams
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and governance
- Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards Level 5)
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Commitment to person‑centered care, equality, empathy, and quality
