The legendary Florentine brand All’Antico Vinaio, with over 30 years of experience in the food industry, has finally arrived in London! As an Assistant Store Manager you will play a key leadership role within our company, ensuring excellence in food quality, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for guiding the team along with the General Store Manager, maintaining high standards and supporting the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example: meaning you must be the first to step behind the counter to make sandwiches or help out in the kitchen.
  • Team & work organization: Plan, coordinate, and supervise store operations, including shift scheduling and daily task allocation with the General Store Manager.
  • Recipe & preparation standards: Adhere to all company procedures for food preparation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Food quality assurance: Ensure that all food served to customers is of the highest quality, following company procedures and UK food hygiene regulations.
