Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, meaning you must be the first to step behind the counter to make sandwiches or help out in the kitchen.
  • To ensure that All’Antico Vinaio brand standards are adhered to in all areas of the restaurant’s operation.
  • To make every customer and supplier feel welcome and fully engaged with the All’Antico Vinaio experience.
  • To be a point of reference for crew members regarding conduct during the shift, and to demonstrate positivity and initiative.
  • To communicate effectively with the restaurant team, and to motivate them by maintaining a healthy and enjoyable work environment.
