What will the Role involve:
- As Project Manager you will have the experience to manage all stages of the project lifecycle utilising APM methodology, including the development and delivery of Business cases.
- You will drive Project Management and Task Execution plans, Scheduling management, Stakeholder management, Risk, Cost Control and full reporting and project performance requirements.
- To be successful as a Project Manager you should be able to perform all tasks in an efficient and timely manner to ensure Projects are delivered on time, to cost and of a high quality.
Please Note: We are a secure location and it is vital that confidentiality and discretion are key. You will be required to undergo security clearance or already hold security clearance for this role. The role will also require travel approx. 3 days per week to the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management
- Development of complex schedules and execution of the planning and development of project plans
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Project Lifecycle management and associated documentation
- Management of Risk and associated reporting requirements
- Artefact management of all documentation pertaining to project outputs including storage, share site management and configuration control measure
- Manage all Quality Assurance requirements to adhere to any governance and policy requirements
- Performance management such as cost control, financial management and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Full ownership and coordination of reporting including weekly, monthly, quarterly review meetings as required
- Keeping track of and reporting on project progress by creating and maintaining accurate reporting templates
What do we need from you:
- Be competent on Microsoft Office products to a level applicable to the role especially MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
- Project Management Qualification – APM PMQ or Equivalent
- At least 5 years Project Management experience covering multiple, high value projects and must have experience of the full project lifecycle
- Highly organised and effective management of tasking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills including ability to analyse complex issues and provide workable solutions to ensure time, cost, quality and risk is minimised
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to manage complex stakeholder groups
- Able to work independently and as part of a team across multiple work streams
- Full understanding of Information Management practices
