Allan Corfield Structures (ACS) was established in November 2020 to provide full design services for residential projects using Modern Methods of Construction, such as Timber frame, SIPS, and ICF. Led by Chartered Structural Engineer Katie Bacon, ACS offers a market-leading service focusing on collaboration with architects and clients for innovative design solutions.

This is a full-time Graduate Structural Engineer role located in Dunfermline. The graduate structural engineer will be responsible for calculations, structural analysis, and structural engineering to support the design and delivery of residential projects using modern construction methods.

We have a successful intern and graduate programme at ACS and look forward to guiding our next graduate through to Design Engineer.

Qualifications

  • Calculations and Structural Analysis skills
  • Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience with Tekla Tedds / Structural Designer and Bluebeam
