All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Mon - Fri Transport Office Clerk to work 12.00 - 20.00.

Salary: £13.00+ Start Date: ASAP, Temp, possible temp to perm.

Interview Details: An informal chat to see where you will be working, meet the team and quell any first day nerves.

Location: NN4

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 12.00 (midday) to 20.00, flexibility will be required.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Booking drivers
  • Issuing driver paperwork, delivery notes and keys
  • Providing customers with live updates on delivery schedules and delays
  • Receiving delivery paperwork at the end of drivers' shifts
  • Booking vehicles in and out
  • Handling queries and responding to emails
  • Supporting the transport manager and completing shift reports
  • General team support for the admin and management team

Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a transport team or traffic office
  • Ability to use database systems (training given)
