All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for Insurance Inbound Sales Agents to work in a friendly and vibrant office. Applications are invited from candidates with insurance or insurance related experience, perhaps having worked as a Sales Agent, Telesales Associate, Customer Services Agent, Retentions Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Inbound and Outbound Call Handling, Telesales, Renewal Agent, or Retentions Call Handler.

Salary: Excellent £24 - £28K plus FAB bonus potential

Location: Northampton

To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing

Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.30, 37.5 hour working week. Every fourth week you will be asked to work Saturday 09.00 - 13.00.

The Role: Think more of account management duties and nurturing accounts to check customers are happy and retain business than cold calling. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Looking after a portfolio of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Calling customers to check they are happy with services and upselling new products
  • Handling inbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentions
  • Cross selling opportunities and passing leads to relevant teams
  • Reacting to email lead and online enquiries to try and convert sales
  • Handle objections to retain clients looking to change or cancel services
  • Complete quotations over the phone by actively listening
  • Responding to emails and online enquiries and managing your own ring backs
  • Maintaining your administrative tasks
  • Customer services and ensuring excellence in every call
