All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Motor Parts Advisor of the highest calibre to join a busy Car Service Department. This is a superb opportunity for the right person who is able to demonstrate an aptitude to learn and a keenness to develop a rewarding career within the Automotive industry.

Salary: Excellent basic of £28 - £32K dependent upon experience

Location: NN2

To Start: ASAP, subject to interview

Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00, and one in four Saturdays working 08.00 - 12.00

The Role: Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Take enquiries and orders for car parts and provide quotes
  • Provide information on automotive parts and pricing and upsell where possible
  • Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required and ensure all deliveries are correct
  • Assist customers via telephone, online and face-to-face, as well as processing orders over the telephone
  • Identifying parts required for vehicles, utilising the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system
  • Carrying out some administration duties such as invoicing

We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role, however training will be provided. You will be sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts. You will have a strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
