All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Full Time Digital and Social Media Marketing Administrator to work in a vibrant, friendly, and people-oriented business. Trainees with a creative flair and exceptional IT skills are welcome to apply.

Location: Northampton
To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing.
Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, office hours, 35 hours a week

Our Client: Our prestigious independent family-owned client is recognised as a market leading firm providing specialist services to a varied customer base. Boasting a strong network of associations working alongside many institutions, brands and professional bodies offering a bespoke service to encompass an array of services.
The Role:
- Support the day to day running of the website and other online marketplaces.
- Create and update the content on the website to include eBay, including images, descriptions and price changes.
- Look after live chat correspondence and email administration.
- Assist with SEO and e-commerce strategies, including competitor analysis, reporting using Google Analytics, and generating and implementing promotional content.
- Post on social media and ensure that the profiles are regularly updated.
- Assist the customer service team with incoming calls and emails as required, assisting customers with their enquiries.
- Assist the other departments in the business with incoming calls as required, taking messages and passing them on to the relevant department.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
