All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Mon - Fri Driver Debrief Clerk / Transport Admin to work Monday to Friday office hours, with flexibility.
Salary: Β£13.00+ Start Date: ASAP, Temp, possible temp to perm
Interview Details: An informal chat to see where you will be working, meet the team and quell any first day nerves.
Location: NN4
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 12.00 (midday) to 20.00 etc, flexibility will be required.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Booking drivers
- Issuing driver paperwork, delivery notes and keys
- Providing customers with live updates on delivery schedules and delays
- Receiving delivery paperwork at the end of drivers shifts
- Booking vehicles in and out
- Handling queries and responding to emails
- Supporting the transport manager and completing shift reports
- General team support for the admin and management team
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience working in a transport team or traffic office
- Ability to use database systems (training given)
