All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Full Time Permanent Call Centre Customer Services Team Leader to work in a vibrant, friendly, and busy office. Applications are invited from candidates with experience in, related to or as: Sales Manager / Telesales Manager / Team Leader / Customer Services Manager / Retentions / Call Centre Operations / Inbound and Outbound Call Handling / Telesales.
You will be managing a small team of agents and therefore experience within any of the fields of Team Leading / Training / Management / Development / Mentoring / Appraising / Assessing is essential.
Salary: £28 - £35,000 DOE
Location: Northampton, NN5
To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing
Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, office hours
Benefits: 25 days annual leave which increases yearly, Your birthday off, Funded training and learning / Staff events / Great working environment.
The Role: Applicants will need to evidence experience of working in busy targeted customer services and retention environments. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and leading a team of between 6 and 8 contact centre agents
- Nurturing a training and development culture within the team
- Handling calls (inbound and outbound) and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentions
- Motivating and energising the team and ensuring service levels are met
- Conducting appraisals and completing management reporting
- Cross sell products and services and strive to achieve team targets
